Choirs have celebrated numerous faiths over the centuries. We present a paean to the Greek god Pan by Granville Bantock, the praise of Jupiter by Gombert, and invocations to Hindu gods by John Schlenck. These contrast with music serving the Judeo-Christian traditions by Salamone Rossi and Gustav Holst, as well as a commission from Pulitzer- Prizewinner, Steven Stucky.
