Music in Conversation explores dialogues that span centuries through the music of different composers. In this short and engaging program, we will discover how the contemporary Estonian composer Arvo Pärt created a new language of simplicity and elegance using Mozart as his guide. The concert will feature St. Louis Symphony violinist Shawn Weil, as well as pianist Angela Kim and cellist Stephanie Hunt.
