A message to our music community

Dear Washington University Music Community,

In accord with the larger priorities of Washington University to secure the health and well-being of our community of students, faculty, staff, and friends during the current public health emergency, the Department of Music is cancelling all public programming through April 30. We look forward to resuming our concert calendar and will let you know when the Department of Music is once again hosting visiting artists and our own faculty and student musicians.

 

Patrons that have purchased tickets may either request a refund or donate the cost of the tickets to the Department of Music.

REFUND

If you would like a refund, please contact the Edison Box Office at edison@wustl.edu or 314-935-6543 and we will process your refund immediately.

·         If you paid by credit card, you will be notified by email when the refund has been issued.

·         If you paid by cash or check, we will issue a check and mail it to the address on file.

If we do not hear from you directly by March 22, we will automatically process a refund.  Please be patient as we work through the refund process.

DONATION

If you would prefer to donate the cost of your tickets to the Department of Music, we will be quite grateful and send you an acknowledgement of the donation.  Please email us at edison@wustl.edu and indicate that you would like the cost of the tickets to be donated to the Department of Music.  This ensures the donated amount is applied to the correct account.
