Biography:
Wanyue Lin (Jenny) is a senior at Washington University in St. Louis, double majoring in Systems Engineering and Physics, with minors in Electrical Engineering and Music. She began her piano journey at the age of two and currently studies with Professor Young Whun Kim. At WashU, she has performed as a pianist and keyboardist with the Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble. Jenny received an Honorable Mention in the 2024 Friends of Music Concerto & Aria Competition and won First Prize nationally in the 2022 International Hannover Tasten-Olympia Piano Competition. Outside of music, her academic interests focus on cyber-physical systems, quantum materials, and AI for science.
