Co-sponsor: Kemper Art Museum

The Wire Pilots trio features original jazz and world music written by guitarist and composer Dan Rubright. Along with co-founder and multi-percussionist, Ted Rubright, the group offers an energetic blend drawing from American jazz and Latin, and Brazilian traditions.  Their sound draws inspiration from music icons, Pat Metheny, Astor Piazzolla, among others. Acoustic bassist Ben Wheeler will join the Pilots for this performance.
