      Erin gives voice lessons for the music department.

      A native of St. Louis, mezzo-soprano Erin Haupt completed her Doctoral studies at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, her Masters at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her Bachelors at University of Missouri St. Louis. Her opera credits include Berta, Il barbiere di Siviglia, La Badessa, Suor Angelica, Edith, Pirates of Penzance, Marcellina, Le nozze di Figaro, Pitti-Sing, Mikado, Hermia, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hebe in H.M.S. Pinfaore, and Sister Veronica, Doubt. As a concert soloist, Ms. Haupt has been featured with Masterworks Choral, The Kingsbury Ensemble, Bach Society St. Louis, St. Louis Cathedral Concert Series, SIUE, and UMSL. Ms. Haupt is the winner of the Southern Illinois Young Artist Competition and was a Young Artist for the Bach Society of St. Louis. She currently serves as a principal singer for the American Kantorei.
