    Kimia holds a bachelor's degree in Piano Performance from Tehran University of Art and a master's degree from the University of Tehran. Her research interests span multiple areas, including 18th century music, microtonal music, and blues music. During her master's studies, she developed a passion for research and writing, evident in her thesis on theme and variation form in 18th-century sonatas. She is currently working on a paper that introduces and compares Eastern and Western microtonal music traditions.
