Biography:
Jasmine Yang is a senior at Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Music. She began playing the violin at the age of 7 and hasn't stopped since. She has been involved in chamber ensembles at WashU since her freshman year. She later joined the WashU Symphony Orchestra in 2023, and currently sits concertmaster. She has continued her violin studies with Professor Holly Huelskamp since the Fall of 2022. After graduating from WashU, she plans to attend The Ohio State University College of Medicine to pursue an MD. She would like to express so much gratitude to everyone who has supported her musical journey at WashU.
